Senior/Staff Software Engineer

As a key member of the Compute team, you'll design and build scalable, secure infrastructure that powers cutting-edge AI applications for some of the world's most data-driven organizations. You'll work on critical architecture, distributed systems, and cross-functional initiatives that directly influence product performance, scalability, and customer success. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to innovate within a startup-spirited environment backed by major industry leaders. Accountabilities: Contribute to the evolution of the Nexus architecture and its milestones, improving workload execution across hybrid/on-prem/cloud environments. Collaborate with engineering teams to review and prioritize architectural improvements beyond Nexus. Establish and advocate for maintainable patterns using operator pattern and service-oriented architecture best practices. Partner with the Scale team to analyze platform performance and recommend improvements for scalability and reliability. Drive internal engineering standards across distributed systems to ensure security, reliability, and efficiency.
