Position: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
Location: Mumbai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand, based on experience & interview)
Shift: Day Shift (Domestic Process)
Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Accurately record customer interactions and details
• Follow company processes and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• HSC Freshers, Graduates & Experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
• Basic computer knowledge required
