Job Title: Domestic Technical Recruiter
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Domestic Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sourcing, screening, and closing technical positions across the Indian market.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for domestic IT roles — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver quality talent.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Manage the candidate lifecycle from first connect to offer acceptance.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide an excellent hiring experience.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets on submissions, interviews, and closures.
Requirements:
- 5–6 years of experience as a technical recruiter in the domestic market.
- Strong knowledge of technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, DevOps, and emerging skills.
- Excellent sourcing skills using portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and innovative techniques.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
