Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for domestic technical and non-technical requirements.
- Analyze and thoroughly understand job requirements to identify suitable candidates.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidate profiles from various portals, including LinkedIn and job boards.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a target of submitting multiple profiles daily (e.g., 2-5 profiles).
- Act as a key communication bridge, building trust and engaging candidates throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Aspirations for a long-term career in recruitment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to quickly upskill in understanding various technologies and suitable profiles.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.
- Comfortable working typical domestic market shift hours (e.g., 9 AM to 6 PM).
