Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Domestic Operations and Contracting professional based in Mumbai. The candidate will oversee and manage the domestic travel operations, including handling contracts with vendors and partners, ensuring compliance, and optimizing operational efficiency. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer service excellence, managing day-to-day operational activities, supporting sales initiatives, and assisting with project management tasks for seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate operational processes and implement improvements
- Proven Communication skills for liaising with stakeholders, clients, and team members
- Experience in Sales to support business development and client relationship management initiatives
- Proficiency in Operations Management to oversee day-to-day tasks and ensure compliance with organizational goals
- Familiarity with Project Management to ensure timely and effective execution of initiatives
- Detail-oriented and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in travel, hospitality, or a related field is a plus
