Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter Location: Hyderabad – Hitech City (Onsite) Company: Radcube Shift Timing :12 PM IST - 9PM IST Experience: 3–6 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: As per market standards About the Role Radcube is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Domestic IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for both internal hiring needs and client requirements . This role requires hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment , stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding Source, screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for IT roles across various technologies Ensure quality pipeline generation through job portals, social media, and networking Client & Internal Stakeholder Management Collaborate with internal hiring managers and external clients to understand hiring needs Act as a single point of contact for recruitment coordination and updates Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes Sourcing & Talent Strategy Utilize platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed , and other sourcing channels Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and critical roles Implement innovative sourcing strategies including referrals and passive hiring Screening & Evaluation Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate fitment Coordinate technical interviews and ensure timely feedback loops Assess candidates on skills, experience, and cultural alignment Offer Management & Closure Handle salary negotiations and offer roll outs Ensure smooth closure of positions within defined timelines Maintain a high offer-to-join ratio Reporting & Compliance Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, closures, pipeline status) Maintain accurate records in ATS or internal tracking systems Ensure compliance with hiring policies and documentation Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications 3–6 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment Proven experience in handling both internal and client hiring Strong understanding of IT roles (Developers, DevOps, Data, QA, etc.) Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously Preferred Skills Experience in consulting/staffing environment Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment dashboards Exposure to hiring for niche and emerging technologies (AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps) Experience working with Zoho Recruit or other Zoho tools is an added advantage.
