Role Description
We are seeking a Domestic IT Recruiter for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South. The role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting suitable IT candidates to meet the organization's hiring needs. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers, post job advertisements, conduct interviews, and manage the onboarding process. Additionally, you will build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline while fostering positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Experience in end-to-end IT recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selection
- Proficiency in utilizing job boards, professional networks, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
- Knowledge of IT terminologies, roles, and industry trends
- Previous experience in domestic hiring within the IT industry is highly desirable
- Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
