Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Domestic IT Recruiters to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support our expanding client base. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT roles
- Understand client requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social platforms, and referrals
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interview processes
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining candidate quality
- Handle offer negotiations and onboarding coordination
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–8 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment
- Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and recruitment platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
