Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter – Life Sciences
Location: MG Road, Bangalore
Work Schedule: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST (flexible up to 8:00 PM based on business needs)
Work Mode: 4 Days On-site (Monday–Thursday) | Friday Work From Home
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for Life Sciences, Healthcare, Clinical Research, and Pharmaceutical clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for organizations such as IQVIA, Syneos Health, Parexel, ICON plc, Labcorp Drug Development (Covance), Thermo Fisher Scientific, Medpace, Fortrea, Cencora (AmerisourceBergen), Cognizant Life Sciences, Accenture Life Sciences, Capgemini Life Sciences, Infosys Life Sciences, Wipro Health & Life Sciences, or similar clients.
The recruiter should be comfortable working on niche technology and Life Sciences requirements while managing multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end domestic recruitment for IT and Life Sciences requirements.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Build pipelines using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical and business requirements.
- Manage multiple open positions while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Experience Required
- 2–6 years of experience in Domestic Recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring for Life Sciences, Pharma, Clinical Research, Healthcare, and IT domains.
- Experience working with Life Sciences clients such as IQVIA, Parexel, ICON, Syneos Health, Labcorp, Thermo Fisher, Medpace, Fortrea,or similar organizations.
- Strong sourcing expertise using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search.
Preferred Hiring Experience
Candidates should have recruited for roles such as:
SDTM Programmer, SAS Programmer, Statistical Programmer, Biostatistician, Clinical Data Manager, Global Data Analyst, Data Governance Consultant, eQMS Support Engineer, Validation Engineer (CSV), Regulatory Affairs Specialist, Pharmacovigilance Specialist, Front-End Developer, Full Stack Developer, Java Developer, .NET Developer, Testing Analyst, Automation Test Engineer, Data Engineer, Cloud Engineer, and other Life Sciences and IT-related roles.
