Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Domestic Education Consultant based in Kochi. The Domestic Education Consultant will work closely with students to understand their academic goals, provide strategic guidance on course and university selection, and support the application process. Responsibilities include advising students on higher education opportunities in India, assisting with documentation, coordinating with institutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires effective communication and a student-centered approach to ensure a smooth and enriching experience for the clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Educational Consulting and knowledge of the Indian education system
- Strong skills in Consulting and Education services
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Proven organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to build rapport with students and families
- Previous experience in education consultancy or related fields is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or relevant fields preferred
