Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Domain Mentor at Wayspire Edtech Private Limited. The Domain Mentor will deliver domain-specific training to learners and ensure the effective adoption of AI-enabled tools in their learning journey. Responsibilities include developing and delivering interactive training sessions, mentoring participants, designing industry-relevant content, and facilitating hands-on projects. The candidate will collaborate with industry leaders and stakeholders to ensure training relevance and drive outcomes that prepare learners for deployment in the industry.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in domain-specific knowledge relevant to AI-integrated fields like Engineering, Technology, Finance, or Product Development.
- Proficiency in teaching, mentoring, and facilitating workshops with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in the practical application of AI-driven solutions, real-world problem solving, and interactive learning methods.
- Proven ability to develop and adapt training materials for diverse learning formats such as bootcamps, webinars, and masterclasses.
- Familiarity with industry trends, tools, and frameworks, especially those powered by AI and technology innovation.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field, coupled with continuous learning and upskilling in AI technologies.
- Prior experience in EdTech, training, or collaboration with educational institutions or enterprises is an added advantage.
