Job Description: EEE Mentor (Electrical & Electronics Engineering)
Role Overview
The EEE Domain Expert works closely with students to strengthen their understanding of appliedelectrical and electronics systems, exposing them to industry workflows in design, testing, andexecution, while helping them move from classroom concepts to real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
● Guide learners in understanding real industry problem statements in EEE domains
● Enable students to understand core electrical and electronics principles by applying them to practical engineering scenarios
● Mentor students on circuit design, simulation, and basic prototyping
● Explain industry workflows such as requirement analysis, system design, testing, and
validation
● Guide learners in preparing comprehensive documentation, covering design justifications,
calculations, and technical reports.
● Ensure safe practices, structured execution, and quality outcomes
● Provide technical guidance and professional feedback throughout the project lifecycle
Required Skills & Experience
● Strong foundation in electrical circuits, electronics, machines, or power systems
● Practical exposure to industry tools, lab equipment, or simulation software
● Understanding of testing, troubleshooting, and validation processes
● Ability to mentor and communicate concepts effectively
● 8+ years of industry or applied engineering experience preferred

Qualification
● B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
● 8+ years of industry experience in electrical, electronics, embedded, power systems,
or related domains
● Hands-on experience with circuit design, testing, and system-level implementation
● Prior training, mentoring, or technical leadership experience is an added advantage
