Product Manager Intern (Engineering)

As a Product Manager Intern at Docusign, you will contribute to the vision, strategy and execution of key product initiatives within our Cloud & Production Engineering organization. You will collaborate closely with the Docusign Security, Product, Technical Program, Cloud & Production Engineering, and Design teams, to build scalable solutions and processes that meet the evolving needs of our business. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Cloud and Production Engineering. Responsibility Assist in preparing presentations, Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and other supporting documents to communicate product and program updates, roadmaps, and strategic initiatives, including feature announcements, FAQs, self-help docs, tip sheets, etc. Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Program Managers (TPM), Principal and Lead Product Managers (PM), Cloud Engineers, and Security teams to develop FedRAMP and IL4 compliant solutions, as well as other engineering and security initiatives Engage with customers to identify pain points and translate insights into actionable product requirements Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities, inform product strategy, and drive differentiation Work with engineering teams to balance technical constraints with business objectives and drive execution Measure and analyze product performance, leveraging data insights to inform future improvements and strategic direction
