Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Documentation (Forwarding & CHA) position for freshers with exceptional English communication skills. The role involves handling and processing documentation related to freight forwarding and customs house agent services. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in document preparation, managing records, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of freight forwarding or logistics is advantageous but not mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant academic background in logistics, supply chain, or a similar field
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
