We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Documentation Executive Intern who will support daily documentation activities and maintain records accurately. This role is important for ensuring proper document handling, data accuracy, and smooth operational support across internal processes.
Role Overview – Documentation Executive Intern
As a Documentation Executive Intern, you will be responsible for managing documents, maintaining records, updating files, and supporting office documentation processes. The role focuses on document accuracy, data organization, and coordination with internal teams whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and organize physical and digital documents
* Update records and files in Excel and internal systems
* Verify document completeness and basic details
* Prepare reports and maintain documentation status
* Scan, file, and store important documents properly
* Support internal teams with documentation requirements
* Maintain confidentiality of company documents
* Ensure documents are updated and available when required
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
* Must be a Graduate
* Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in work
* Responsible and disciplined attitude
