Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Documentation Executive (Export) role based in Gandhidham. The Documentation Executive will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and finalizing export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of lading, and other regulatory documents. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, shipping lines, customs brokers, and clients to ensure timely and accurate documentation for export shipments. The Documentation Executive will track shipment status, maintain organized records, and ensure compliance with export regulations and client requirements. The position also includes resolving documentation discrepancies, updating systems and trackers, and supporting continuous improvement of documentation processes.
Qualifications
- Strong export-focused skills, including Export Documentation and Export procedures.
- Proficiency in Documentation and Document Management, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with clients, shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with export regulations, customs requirements, and port-related processes is preferred.
- Ability to work with MS Office and relevant logistics or documentation software.
- Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or export documentation is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
