We are seeking a highly organized and details-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, proficiency in English and the ability to multi-task. The role will support various operational and administrative functions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with Documentation in Quality Management System and able to work with ISO AS 9100 etc
- Communication with vendors, suppliers, and Internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Analysis data prepare reports for management.
- Collaborate with various department to streamline and improve efficiency, to maintain Quality Management System.
Required Skill and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/ Business administration, or a Related field.
- Proficiency in English is must.
- 0-2 years of Experience in a similar role (preferred).
- Experience in Documentation, QMS-ISO-9001 preferred.
- Strong Organizational and Multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and Written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in fast-paced Environment
