As a Document Production Services - Associate 2, you will engage in brand management, marketing, and sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on developing and implementing strategies to enhance and protect the company's brand image. As an Associate, you will contribute to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to different stakeholders, learning how to build meaningful connections and manage relationships effectively.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will manage brand campaigns, conduct market research, and confirm consistency across all channels. You will be part of a team that utilizes market research, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and effective sales strategies to engage clients and achieve organizational targets. Driven by curiosity, you will adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities for growth. You will take ownership of your development, applying a learning mindset to build your personal brand and open doors to more opportunities within the firm.
Responsibilities
- Format and edit templated documents (e.g., letters, reports, and financial statements)
- Format, edit, design, and create PwC branded and non-branded documents (e.g., presentations, proposals, marketing, and other digital materials)
- Manage PDFs in Kofax or Adobe Acrobat to create, edit, combine, and/or apply secure firm signatures
- Developing and executing strategic brand campaigns to enhance and protect the company's image
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive revenue growth and promote the firm's services
- Utilizing digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and capture new business opportunities
- Exceptional eye for detail—review own work and that of others to ensure high-level accuracy, formatting/brand consistency and error detection in all documents
- Deliver high quality output by managing client expectations and delivering to or negotiating deadlines
- Engaging in competitive analysis to inform brand strategy and positioning
- Managing brand activation planning and implementation across various channels
- Supporting stakeholder engagement efforts to align brand initiatives with organizational goals
- Applying brand architecture principles to validate consistency in brand messaging and identity
- Participating in content development and corporate media activities to strengthen brand presence
- Gathering information from diverse sources to analyze facts and discern patterns for strategic decision-making
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 1 years of experience in sales, marketing or related PwC experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Kofax/Adobe PDF tools and other firm technologies as required
- Designers: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign, Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro and Firefly) is an asset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively fostering a team environment and combing individual strengths to enhance team performance
- Take ownership of inquiries, resolving or escalating as appropriate
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and initiative by proactively identifying issues, proposing solutions and acting on opportunities to enhance client service
- Strong client-service mindset when supporting internal and external clients, consistently demonstrating the firm’s values, professionalism, discretion, integrity, and tact
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and excellent English (spelling, grammar, punctuation, proofreading, and editing)
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Advertising, Analytics, Business Administration/Management, Business Communications, Communications Studies/Speech Communication and Rhetoric, Consumer Studies, Design, e-Business, English Literature, Journalism, Marketing, Organizational Management, Public Relations
