Job Title: Document Controller
Key Responsibilities
- Document Management: Set up, copy, scan, file (physical/digital), and securely store all project or company documents.
- Accuracy & Updates: Review and maintain accuracy, edit files, update technical documents (manuals, blueprints), and track revisions.
- Distribution: Manage the distribution of project information to all levels of the team and external parties.
- System Management: Operate document management software, create templates, and manage documentation processes.
- Reporting: Prepare ad-hoc reports on project documentation when required.
- Compliance: Ensure all documentation adheres to legal, business, and regulatory standards.
- Training: Train employees on proper document creation and handling procedures.
