Role Description

This is a part-time remote position for a Document Control Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for delivering interactive and effective training sessions related to document control processes, maintaining training resources, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additional responsibilities include creating training materials, evaluating learner progress, and providing constructive feedback for improvement.

Qualifications

• Expertise in document control systems, document management, and industry compliance standards
• Strong instructional skills, including the ability to develop and deliver training materials effectively
• Proficiency with relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, document management systems, and collaboration platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to engage and motivate learners
• Adaptability to a remote training environment and independent working skills
• Experience in teaching or training roles is a plus
• Background in fields such as education, document management, or related disciplines is preferred
