- Execute safe, accurate, on-time delivery of documentation to internal and external customers.
- Develop internal and external customer contacts to gather service quality feedback and devise improvement strategies.
- Lead continual improvement initiatives related to authoring, standards, methodologies, business systems and publishing software.
- Develop and sustain required documentation, related business systems and training.
- Participate in recruiting and talent management of team.
