Job details:
Every AI model you interact with was trained by a human. That human could be you.
We partner with Fortune 100 companies to build the machine learning infrastructure shaping the next decade. Right now, we're looking for sharp, detail-driven people to help teach AI how to read, understand, and structure complex documents. No heavy tech background required — what matters is precision, consistency, and focus.
What You'll Do• Annotate PDF documents by drawing precise bounding boxes around entities — text, tables, figures, captions, headers, and key-value structures.
• Classify annotated elements according to project guidelines, maintaining tight accuracy standards.
• Maintain correct reading order and logical structure across complex document layouts including multi-column text, forms, and rotated pages.
• Flag unclear cases or guideline gaps to supervisors to help improve our annotation process.
• Uphold strict data security and confidentiality policies at all times.
Who We're Looking For• Bachelor's degree in any field — Technology, Engineering, or Data-related disciplines preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in data annotation, labeling, or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to follow complex annotation guidelines.
• Basic understanding of document structures: text blocks, tables, forms, figures.
• Comfortable with repetitive, high-accuracy tasks and able to maintain quality at volume.
• Familiarity with annotation tools or platforms is a bonus, not a requirement.
Why This Role MattersThis isn't just a job. You'll be at the foundation of how AI systems are built — sitting at the intersection of human intelligence and machine learning. That's a rare and valuable vantage point, especially early in a career. The work you do here directly shapes the accuracy and reliability of AI tools used at scale across global enterprises.
