Doctors of Physical Therapy (DPT) is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in our outpatient clinic in Lombard, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced therapists and new graduates looking for mentorship, growth, and a collaborative clinical culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ needs, establish goals, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver cost-effective interventions that enhance mobility and functional performance
- Reduce reliance on medication and support non-surgical treatment options
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to support patient recovery
- Design fitness- and wellness-focused programs tailored to individual needs
- Provide high-quality, personalized, evidence-based care
- Motivate and educate patients to help them achieve optimal functional outcomes
- Promote healthy lifestyles by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
- Collaborate and consult with other healthcare professionals
- Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and communicate results effectively
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care services

Requirements
Skills
· Proven work experience as an Occupational Therapist
· Intensive education and clinical expertise
· Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
· Current knowledge of treatment practices
· Drive to continually learn and grow
· Professional behavior
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills
· Valid license to practice occupational therapy
· Graduate degree or greater in occupational therapy
Experience:
· Occupational Therapy: New grads will be considered.
· Strong splint skills a plus.
License/Certification:
· OT License
· CHT a plus
