Role Description

We are building a research-driven human support platform focused on relationships, career uncertainty, and social isolation. The goal is to design safe, effective peer cohorts that help people navigate vulnerable life moments through structured community support (non-clinical, non-diagnostic).

This internship is research-oriented, suitable for PhD scholars in:

• Psychology
• Sociology
• Social Work
• Behavioral Science

• Human Development
• Related disciplines



Qualifications

• Strong research, data collection, and data analysis skills
• Proficiency in academic writing, publication processes, and presenting research findings
• Experience in designing and conducting experiments with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate findings effectively
• Proficiency in using relevant software, tools, or programming languages (specific to your field of research)
• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) or active enrollment in a doctoral program in a relevant field
• Demonstrates initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
