Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located at the Pilani campus for a PhD Researcher role. The candidate will be expected to conduct independent research in their chosen field of study, collaborate closely with faculty mentors, and contribute actively to ongoing departmental or institutional research projects. Responsibilities include designing and conducting experiments, data analysis, publishing research in peer-reviewed journals, and participating in seminars, workshops, and academic conferences to present findings. The candidate will also contribute to academic and administrative activities, such as assisting in undergraduate teaching or mentoring students as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in research methodologies, experimental design, and data analysis
• Proficiency in academic writing, technical writing, and publishing in peer-reviewed journals
• Critical thinking, problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in communication and collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams
• Master's degree in a relevant field with strong academic records; prior research experience is advantageous
• Familiarity with tools and technologies relevant to the specific research domain
• Commitment to academic excellence and the ability to adapt to a team-oriented research and teaching environment
