Manage end-to-end patient communication and intake for a US-based telehealth provider. This role requires high-level coordination between patients, caregivers, and clinical stakeholders.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1) Call Management: Execute inbound and outbound calls with patients, caregivers, and healthcare stakeholders.
2) Patient Intake: Conduct full clinical intake for new and returning patients, ensuring all data is ready for telehealth providers.
3) Scheduling: Manage the medical calendar, including booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments.
4) Guidance: Provide patients with clear instructions on telehealth technology, pre-visit prep, and post-visit next steps.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
1) Experience: 2–3 years in a US-facing healthcare process
2) Communication: Native or near-native US accent is strictly required.
3) Knowledge: Proficient in US healthcare terminology and HIPAA-compliant communication.
4) Technical: Experience with EHR/CRM software and telehealth platforms.
