Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Doctor of Dental Medicine role based in Noida. The Doctor of Dental Medicine will provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and the management of oral health conditions such as caries, periodontal disease, and oral infections. Daily responsibilities include conducting clinical examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests and imaging, performing restorative and preventive procedures, and counseling patients on oral hygiene and treatment options. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, adhering to infection control and safety protocols, and participating in quality improvement and patient education initiatives. The position may also include contributing clinical insights to product development, medical affairs, or patient-support programs within the pharmaceutical context.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or equivalent dental degree from a recognized institution, with valid registration/license to practice dentistry in India.
- Demonstrated clinical skills in diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, preventive dentistry, and management of common oral and maxillofacial conditions.
- Strong knowledge of infection control standards, clinical protocols, and relevant dental and medical regulations.
- Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, families, and colleagues, including delivering patient education and counseling.
- Experience working in a clinical setting, with familiarity in maintaining detailed records, using dental practice management systems, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and participation in professional development and training.
- High level of ethical conduct, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment.
- Experience or interest in collaborating with pharmaceutical or healthcare product teams is an advantage.
