JOB OBJECTIVE You will be empowered to use your experience and skills to create content and execute demand generation and client expansion campaigns across multiple channels, including account-based marketing, events, webinars, social media, and email. We are building a high energy, high functioning and highly effective Marketing department, and the Marketing Manager will play an important role in our achieving our ambitious goals. The role is hands-on and a critical individual contributor. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Leverage a deep understanding of the Dr.Evidence target persona pain points and how our platform addresses those pain points more effectively than competition to develop compelling messaging and materials. Implement comprehensive marketing attribution reporting to assess the value and impact of marketing activities. Manage, optimize and report on the 6sense account-based marketing platform, including advertising, segmentation, conversational AI-based email, and sales intelligence and its impact on the funnel. Manage, optimize and report on the HubSpot marketing automation and content management platform, including the website and landing pages, to optimize lead generation, lead nurture and business expansion. Drive increased social media presence (LinkedIn) with a regular cadence of compelling content to drive awareness, credibility and engagement. Develop, promote and execute webinars, case studies and other thought leadership content in partnership with Business Development, Client Success and Product Management. Identify and manage participation at events, including developing event calendars consisting of virtual and in-person industry events, with emphasis on the ability to reach target audiences and generate qualified leads. Support competitive intelligence gathering and dissemination, and the production of battlecards. ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS AND EXPERIENCE 3+ years of healthcare technology marketing experience across account-based marketing, live events, webinars, social media and email. Successful track record building, monitoring and maintaining a martech stack including 6sense, HubSpot, integrated with Salesforce.com, including the development and deployment of effective demand generation and nurture campaigns. Background in establishing and reporting meaningful metrics for gauging campaign effectiveness and making appropriate changes to increase effectiveness and ROI. Strong track record of individual performance in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Proven ability to quickly adapt strategies and tactics based on marketing outcomes and market and business dynamics. Outstanding collaborator, with the ability to quickly drive consensus and decisions. Demonstration of an "ownership mentality," with a passion for delivering on commitments and owning results. Highly effective communicator, with the ability to engage with all levels of management. Highest level of professional integrity and honesty, as well as personal credibility. Education requirement: BS/BA required; MBA a plus
