Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Doctor role based in Bengaluru. The Doctor will provide preventive and primary care services, including patient consultations, physical examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Responsibilities include interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and coordinating follow-up care to ensure continuity across physical and digital touchpoints. The Doctor will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design personalized care plans, educate patients on lifestyle and risk reduction, and support the integration of digital health tools into everyday clinical practice. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records, adhering to clinical protocols, and participating in quality improvement and clinical governance activities.
Qualifications
- Valid medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution and current registration with the appropriate medical council.
- Experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or preventive health; prior work in outpatient or clinic-based settings is an advantage.
- Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and chronic disease management.
- Ability to use electronic medical records and digital health platforms; comfort with teleconsultations and remote patient monitoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain medical information clearly and build trust with diverse patient populations.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, preventive care, and patient education, with an interest in long-term continuity of care.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and contribute to clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and adapt to an evolving, innovation-driven healthcare environment.
