Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Doctor role located in Gurugram, Haryana. The primary responsibilities include diagnosing and treating patients, monitoring patient medical records, prescribing treatments and medications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care. The role also involves educating patients about preventive healthcare, participating in consultations, and responding promptly to medical emergencies as needed. Upholding professional and ethical care practices is essential.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of medical diagnostics, treatments, and patient management
- Proficient in evaluating patient health, conducting consultations, and creating treatment plans
- Experience in emergency care, critical care, and general medical practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Relevant qualifications: MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution and appropriate certifications
- Licensed to practice medicine in India
- Ability to handle stress and make prompt, sound medical decisions under pressure
- Prior experience in hospital or clinical settings is an advantage
- Commitment to patient care and adherence to ethical medical practices
