Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Doctor role located in the Greater Raipur Area. The Doctor will provide direct patient care, including conducting examinations, taking medical histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing evidence-based treatment plans. The role involves prescribing medications, performing or assisting in procedures as required, and monitoring patient progress to ensure safe and effective care. The Doctor will collaborate with nurses, technicians, and administrative staff to coordinate patient services and maintain accurate medical records. Additional responsibilities include educating patients and families on health conditions, preventive care, and follow-up plans, adhering to hospital protocols, and complying with all clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent), valid medical registration, and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to formulate appropriate treatment and management plans.
- Experience in inpatient and/or outpatient care, including handling common emergencies and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues in a diverse environment.
- Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient safety, and adherence to hospital policies, clinical guidelines, and documentation standards.
- Ability to work full time on-site in the Greater Raipur Area, manage multiple cases, and adapt to rotating shifts if required.
- Prior experience in hospital or clinical practice in Raipur or similar settings is an advantage; additional certifications in relevant specialties are beneficial.
