Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Anesthesiologist located in Mathura. The Anesthesiologist will be responsible for administering anesthesia during medical procedures, assessing patient health to determine appropriate anesthetic plans, and monitoring patients before, during, and after surgical procedures. Additionally, the role includes managing pain levels and collaborating with surgeons, nurses, and other medical professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Anesthesiology and Pain Management to effectively manage patient needs during medical and surgical procedures
- Comprehensive knowledge of Medicine and Surgery to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary medical teams
- Experience or understanding of Critical Care Nursing practices to ensure optimal patient recovery and safety
- Strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Medical degree (MBBS) with specialized training in Anesthesia; relevant certifications and state licensing required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to consult with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting in anesthesiology or critical care is highly desirable
- Commitment to maintaining current knowledge of medical advancements and industry best practices
