We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with engineering, product, design, and business teams. What you'll do We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Medical Data Enrichment and Structuration team within our Clinical Platform domain. Your mission will be to enable practitioners to collect and organize medical data effectively, supporting them in providing care to their patients. Our diverse team consists of 6 developers, ranging from junior to staff, working with full stack components based on React, Rails, Typescript and PostgreSQL. The team collaborates closely with healthcare professionals to understand their day-to-day issues and build the appropriate solutions to help them. The scale and level of criticality at which we're operating requires focus on performance and security, while also fostering creativity to evolve our technology stack Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement features to improve healthcare access for patients Take a leading role within the team and contribute to establishing a technical vision that ensures the performance, security, and usability of the application. Bring your expertise and experiences to help us continuously improve the way we design, implement, test and monitor high-quality features Improving the performance of key features implemented in JavaScript/TypeScript Collaborate on delivering roadmap items (together with the team)
