About the role

We are seeking a motivated Associate Software Engineer for our Digital and Data Solutions at Energy Systems, DNV

Located out of Pune, India, you will be a part of Product Engineering teams working on Products in the Energy space and critical infrastructure around Plant, Pipeline, Renewables, Electric Grid, QHSE supported by Center of Enablement

 

Role Description / Requirements 

 

  • Understand the project and the domain 
  • Design, development, and test software module/project
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code 
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
  • In an Agile mode, participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, and team discussions
  • Contribute to documentation of features, processes, and best practices.
  • Learn and apply modern software engineering practices, tools, and frameworks per DNV SDLC standards
  • Share progress via Sprint Reviews and feature demos to stakeholders

Qualifications

To meet our requirements, you must be

 

  • B.E. Computer Science, Information Technology or AI discipline with 0 to 1 years of experience
  • Having a strong foundation in any Object-Oriented Programming language. C# will be preferred
  • Experience or exposure to Agentic AI projects specifically in the Microsoft Technology stack
  • Having good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (specifically Agile)
  • Having an Eagerness to learn new technologies and/or frameworks 
  • Having good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Corporate internship experience will be an added advantage
  •
