QC Coordinator

QC Coordinator Location: Montreal, Canada Contract Type: Full Time We are looking for a Quality Control Coordinator to join our growing team at DNEG Montreal. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the QC process for VFX work, working closely with Leads and Supervisors to ensure consistency and quality of outputs. This includes creating QC plans, organizing QC reviews, tracking feedback and ensuring it is addressed. Key Responsibilities: - Create and manage QC plans for assigned projects, liaising with Leads and Supervisors to agree on QC requirements - Coordinate and facilitate internal QC reviews, ensuring feedback is captured and addressed - Work closely with Production to track and manage QC status and feedback resolution - Provide regular QC status updates to Leads, Supervisors and Production - Contribute to the continuous improvement of QC processes and tools - Mentor and guide Junior QC Coordinators Key Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a QC Coordinator or similar role in a VFX, animation or post-production studio - Strong understanding of VFX/animation pipelines and QC processes - Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Fluency in English is required, French is an asset
