Supporting Actions
Design tools, dies & Child Part: -
- Creates designs for tube processing Tools/dies, jigs, fixtures, molds (where applicable).
- Creates child parts drawing of Cycle component, like Frame/Fork/Handlebar & RIM
- Maintain BOM
Collaboration and Coordination: -
- Work closely with R&D team, quality engineers, Process Engineers and manufacturing team etc to ensure seamless production flow, Tooling trials & timely delivery of parts.
Training & Knowledge: -
- End-to-end exposure: concept → design → detailing → manufacturing support → trials
- Good Experience of Designing software CATIA/ SolidWorks, AutoCAD
People Development & Audit
- Should have good knowledge of Audit System related to designing field
Project activities
- Detailed child part design
- Engineering calculation & Simulation
- Assembly design review & documentations etc
