Role Description The DMS & MIS Executive at BYD India Private Limited will manage and maintain Dealer Management System (DMS) and Management Information System (MIS) data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely availability of information. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves preparing regular MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business, sales, and operations teams in decision-making. The role includes monitoring data flows between systems, performing data validation, troubleshooting discrepancies, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and dealers to resolve issues. The DMS & MIS Executive will also support process improvements, document system procedures, and assist in user training for DMS and MIS tools. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to align reporting requirements with business objectives and maintain consistent data standards.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Dealers Management System (DMS) and Management Information Systems (MIS), with experience handling structured business data.
- Proficient MIS Reporting skills, including creating dashboards, periodic reports, and summaries for management.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Effective Communication abilities to coordinate with internal teams, dealers, and management, and to present data clearly.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines.
- Prior experience in automotive, manufacturing, or dealer network environments will be an advantage.
