Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement effective organic lead generation strategies on social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

 Create engaging content (posts, articles, videos) tailored to our target audience to increase engagement and drive interaction.

 Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

 Oversee and enhance the company's social media presence, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers.

 Voice support and live chat Interaction.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

 Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on organic lead generation, ideally within the fintech sector.

 Strong knowledge of social media platforms, their user dynamics, and strategic use in different contexts.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
