Internship Structure
Month 1 (Performance-Based Phase)
- Learn DM outreach strategies and sales fundamentals
- Work on lead generation and real conversations
- Start closing sales independently
- Earnings: Performance-based (Incentives per sale)
From Month 2 Onwards (Fixed + Incentive)
- Fixed Stipend: ₹8,000/month
- Incentives: Additional earnings per successful sale
- Continued performance can lead to long-term/full-time opportunities
Work Details
- Mode: 100% Remote
- Time Commitment: 4–5 hours/day (Flexible)
- Working Days: 6 days/week
