We’re currently looking for an FP&A Manager to join our Operations team in Fairfield, NJ. If you're ready to drive financial visibility, influence strategic decisions, and grow your career at a people-first firm, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in helping our business operate smoothly and effectively. Your day-to-day may include:
- Leading annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes to support firm-wide planning
- Delivering actionable financial insights, variance analysis, and performance reporting to leadership
- Partnering with business leaders to evaluate trends, improve performance, and support decision-making
- Building and enhancing KPI dashboards and management reporting packages
- Developing financial models for scenario planning, resource allocation, and growth initiatives
- Overseeing monthly and quarterly analysis across revenue, utilization, and profitability metrics
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting efficiency, and data integrity
- Collaborating cross-functionally with accounting and operations teams to align financial data
- Supporting executive leadership with ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives
- Mentoring and developing junior finance team members
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field; MBA or CPA (preferred)
- 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build dynamic, scalable models
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, OpenAir, or similar platforms (preferred)
- Understanding of professional services metrics like utilization and profitability (preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership mindset with experience mentoring or managing team members
