Financial Analyst

We are looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to leadership. Responsibilities: - Analyze financial data and identify trends, patterns, and insights - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports - Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes - Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis - Support the implementation of financial policies and procedures - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial support Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field - 3-5 years of experience in a financial analyst or similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, SQL) - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with financial reporting and compliance regulations
