Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Django Developer role based in Gurugram. The Django Developer will design, build, and maintain server-side web applications using Django and related technologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing APIs, integrating databases, optimizing application performance, and ensuring code quality through testing and reviews. The role also involves collaborating with front-end developers, QA, and product teams to deliver robust features, troubleshooting issues, and participating in deployment and maintenance activities. The developer will contribute to technical documentation and follow best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.
Qualifications
- Strong Back-End Web Development skills, including Django framework and RESTful API design.
- Solid Software Development experience with Python programming and modern development practices.
- Basic to intermediate Front-End Development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for integrating with back-end services.
- Proficiency in Programming fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Hands-on experience working with Databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases) and ORM tools.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of web security, performance optimization, and scalable application architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate effectively within a team, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
