Divurgent now hiring for Canadian Healthcare Contract Resources to join a hybrid (50% remote/50%oniste) project in Western Canada with a major Health System. Must be willing to work up to 50% onsite. Pay will be hourly and travel per diem will be offered. Must be able to start beginning mid/late summer-early fall 2025. All Contract Consultants must be COVID-19 vaccinated and boosted. Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen. Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation. No third party. Must be a Canadian Resident willing to work as an Hourly Independent Contractor.

Role Description

The Healthcare Clinical Organizational Change Management Consultant will collaborate with senior leaders, stakeholders, and partners to understand business strategy, and is responsible for the development, support and execution of organizational change management strategies and processes for defined projects related to the health system s aims & objectives. This includes building a comprehensive change management plan that addresses all constituent needs and incorporating those into detailed training and communications plans, while ensuring that deliverables will meet the business needs and objectives culminating in the ultimate successful adoption of the defined project objectives. This candidate will combine a solid understanding of organizational change management dynamics with the ability and initiative to understand critical business needs, analyze issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative scalable solutions. Candidate will be self-driven with a high degree of ownership and have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and planning/project management skills. They must thrive in a challenging environment. This includes staying current on change management, learning and development research and possessing strong facilitation skills. Function as an organizational change management (OCM) subject matter expert to support and guide program/project delivery. Advise/provide/support leaders to determine needed capabilities and conditions to successfully drive business strategy. Guides consistent, effective change execution on a portfolio of projects designed to build those capabilities, including oversight of consultant-level or external Change resources work, providing tools/approaches, coaching, and thought leadership to non-change resources. Develop and document full Change Management plan, including documentation for communicating the plan with executive stakeholders and business leaders. Perform needs and readiness assessments, conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. Proactively identifies capability opportunities/gaps and works with business leaders/partners to address them. This also includes connecting with various businesses, COEs, Change Agents and HR partners to assist with execution. When requested, help diagnose and develop recommendations to solve complex, ambiguous problems related to stakeholder management, communications, training, change adoption, and resistance management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 5 years+ driving large scale and complex change initiatives in a healthcare setting
  • PMP Required
  • 5 years+ Project management or project leadership experience
  • Healthcare Experience
  • Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification, Preferred
  • Valid Prosci Organizational Change Management certification, Preferred
