About the role
Divisions Maintenance Group (DMG) is seeking a talented and experienced Service Manager to join our growing team. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective delivery of our services to our customers. This includes managing a team of service technicians, coordinating with customers to ensure their satisfaction, and continuously improving our service delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of service technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize service delivery, including process improvements and cost-saving measures
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery
- Analyze service data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a service management or operations role, preferably in the facilities maintenance or construction industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Proficient in using technology and software to manage service operations, such as work order systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
