Divisional Merchandising Manager
Value Retail Specialist | Apparel Exports
Location: Gurgaon
We are hiring a senior merchandising leader to manage value retail apparel programs for leading European retailers.
The role will drive commercial and operational execution across sourcing offices and vendor partners, while leading a merchandising team from the Gurgaon office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead merchandising execution for value retail export programs
• Drive garment costing, buyer negotiations, and re costing discussions
• Manage sourcing strategy including factory network development and vendor relationships
• Ensure coordination across product development, sourcing, and production teams
• Oversee production planning and shipment delivery performance
• Maintain strong relationships with international buyers and suppliers
• Lead and mentor a merchandising team of 8–10 members
Candidate Profile:
• 18–22+ years experience in apparel merchandising / sourcing
• Strong exposure to European value retail customers
• Proven capability in costing, sourcing strategy, and supplier negotiations
• Experience managing multi factory production programs
• Strong leadership and execution capability in export environments
