Build, scale, and lead Sanwa’s Powder Division into a market-leading, high-margin business across metal powders and additive manufacturing solutions.
Own the full value chain: revenue, technical sales, production, and customer success.
What You Will Own
1. Business Leadership
- Deliver revenue growth and profitability for the Powder Division
- Define and execute GTM strategy across key sectors (aerospace, automotive, medical, tooling)
- Build strategic relationships with OEMs and large industrial clients
2. Technical Sales Excellence
- Lead consultative sales of metal powders and AM solutions
- Guide customers on material selection, applications, and process optimization
- Translate technical capabilities into scalable commercial opportunities
3. Production & Quality
- Oversee end-to-end powder production (atomization, processing, QC)
- Ensure global-quality standards (PSD, sphericity, flowability, purity)
- Drive yield, cost efficiency, and process reliability
4. After-Sales & Customer Success
- Build robust post-sales support for powders and 3D printers
- Solve application-level challenges (print defects, powder reuse, performance issues)
- Drive retention through technical depth and responsiveness
5. Division Building
- Create a scalable operating model (team, processes, systems)
- Define product roadmap (new alloys, customized powders)
- Position Sanwa as a credible AM materials partner in India and globally
Who You Are
- 10–15+ years in metal powders / metallurgy / additive manufacturing
- Proven track record in both technical sales and operations leadership
- Strong grasp of:
- Powder science (PSD, morphology, flowability, oxygen control)
- AM processes (LPBF, DED, binder jetting)
- Commercially sharp with P&L ownership mindset
- Builder mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, scaling from 0→1→10
