Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the division’s sales activities to achieve revenue and growth targets. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, analyzing sales data to drive business insights, and ensuring team performance aligns with organizational goals. The role also involves conducting market research, presenting solutions to clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Sales expertise, including strategic planning, relationship management, and client acquisition
- Leadership skills to build, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Analytical abilities to interpret sales data and implement actionable insights
- Knowledge of video surveillance and security systems, including AI-powered solutions, is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in technology sales or the security systems industry is preferred
