Role Description
The Division Incharge Officer role at IntelliSmart Infra is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The individual will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of smart metering projects in their designated region, ensuring timely project execution and compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities include planning and allocating resources effectively, maintaining coordination with stakeholders, monitoring project milestones, and ensuring adherence to operational procedures and safety standards. The Division Incharge Officer will also oversee troubleshooting, manage on-ground teams, and track the progress of initiatives aligned with the organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and project coordination skills
- Expertise in operations management, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of smart metering infrastructure, power sector operations, and digital transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in using digital tools for project monitoring, data visualization, and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
- A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in utility operations, smart metering, or digital infrastructure projects is an advantage
