Role Summary
The Division/Business Head – Modular Cast is a leadership role carrying full Profit & Loss responsibility for the division. You will own the complete business cycle: procurement strategy, domestic and overseas sales, inventory management, machine maintenance, after-sales support, and team leadership. You will work in close and regular coordination with the Founder & CEO and the Partners of Modular Pulse Group, aligning division operations with the Group's broader strategic vision as execution experts and structural design consultants in the precast concrete space.
Key Responsibilities
1. P&L Ownership & Business Performance
▸
Own the full Profit & Loss of the Modular Cast division
▸
Set, track, and deliver monthly and annual revenue, margin, and EBITDA targets
▸
Prepare regular financial reports and business reviews for the CEO
▸
Identify cost-reduction opportunities and improve gross margins across product lines
▸
Develop and execute the annual business plan and budget for the division
2. Sales — Domestic & Overseas
▸
Lead the end-to-end domestic sales process: lead generation, proposals, negotiations, and closures
▸
Coordinate and drive overseas sales — GCC, Southeast Asia, Africa — in collaboration with the CEO and Modular Pulse Dubai
▸
Develop and nurture a network of channel partners, agents, and distributors internationally
▸
Prepare competitive commercial proposals and respond to RFQs within agreed turnaround times
▸
Represent Modular Cast at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
▸
Work closely with the Modular Pulse marketing team to generate qualified leads through digital and offline campaigns
3. Procurement & Supply Chain
▸
Develop and manage a reliable supplier base for machinery components, molds, hydraulic systems, and related equipment
▸
Negotiate pricing, lead times, and quality standards with vendors domestically and internationally (including China, Europe)
▸
Oversee import/export logistics, customs clearance, and documentation for cross-border shipments
▸
Maintain procurement cost benchmarks and ensure best-in-class pricing for the division
▸
Evaluate new machinery and technology from global suppliers for the Modular Cast product range
4. Inventory, Storage & Yard Management
▸
Manage inventory levels to balance working capital with customer delivery commitments
Essential
▸
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
▸
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in industrial machinery, construction equipment, or heavy engineering — with at least 3 years in a management/leadership or P&L role
▸
Demonstrated success in B2B sales, including capital equipment or industrial products
▸
Experience managing procurement, supply chains, or sourcing from domestic and international suppliers
▸
Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience managing budgets and financial targets
▸
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
▸
Prior exposure to precast concrete, construction materials, or building products industry
▸
Experience with overseas sales coordination — GCC, Africa, or Southeast Asia
▸
Familiarity with import/export procedures, logistics, and international trade documentation
▸
Experience in after-sales service management for machinery or capital equipment
▸
Working knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems
