Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Tester

We are looking for a Business Analyst/Quality Assurance Tester to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, translating those requirements into detailed technical specifications, and testing the software to ensure it meets the business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and document business requirements from various stakeholders - Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories - Collaborate with developers to ensure the software is built according to specifications - Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the software meets the business requirements - Identify and document defects, and work with the development team to resolve them - Provide regular status updates to the project manager and other stakeholders - Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to the team Required Skills and Experience: - 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Quality Assurance Tester - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with Agile software development methodologies - Proficiency in using software testing tools and techniques - Familiarity with SQL and database concepts - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
